Spring Hockey

Overview

Spring Hockey is a fast-paced arcade reflex game that challenges players to protect their goal using a unique spring-powered hockey stick. The stick remains anchored at its base while continuously rotating across a defensive arc in front of the goal. Players must carefully time their taps to extend the stick forward through an elastic spring motion, intercepting and deflecting incoming balls before they reach the net. After each extension, the stick naturally retracts, creating a dynamic rhythm that rewards precision, timing, and quick decision-making. As gameplay progresses, ball speed, trajectories, and attack patterns become increasingly challenging, testing the player's reflexes and accuracy. The project focuses on simple one-touch controls, physics-driven interactions, satisfying elastic animations, and engaging score-based gameplay that is easy to learn yet difficult to master.
